We bill directly to your insurance as a courtesy
to you and as part of our agreement with the insurance companies. You are responsible for all co-payments, coinsurance,
and deductible as per you insurance contract. We do offer a pay as you go plan for non-covered services. We accept major credit
cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
